Sarah Sandford Broderick is a dynamic executive, strategist, and thought leader with over 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and corporate leadership across public, private equity-backed, and founder-led companies. She has held executive roles at blue-chip institutions like General Electric, Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Deloitte, as well as high-growth media and technology firms like Endeavor and Vice Media. With deep expertise in strategy, financial oversight, workforce design, and operational transformation, Sarah is a trusted board member and advisor, known for leading organizations through complex change and high-stakes transitions.

Most recently, Sarah served as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Known, a technology-driven, data-led marketing company. Prior to that, she was the COO/CFO and a board member at Vice Media, where she led a structural, financial, and cultural overhaul during a period of immense growth and challenge, raising over $800 million in debt and equity. Earlier in her career, she held key leadership positions at Endeavor, where she prepared the company for an IPO, and General Electric, where she led SEC reporting, managed global financial operations, and played a critical role in the spinoff of NBCUniversal to Comcast, including executing a $15 billion public debt offering in the midst of the 2008 financial crisis.

In 2019, Sarah founded The FEAT, an enterprise dedicated to reshaping the way companies access and engage with independent talent. As the workforce evolved and employee expectations shifted, The FEAT emerged as a leader in workforce transformation, providing data-driven solutions for businesses navigating the future of work. Through Feat Solutions, Sarah works extensively with investors and private equity-backed companies, helping them optimize their workforce strategies in high-growth, high-change environments. The FEAT is also developing a SaaS product to enable organizations to leverage independent talent with greater efficiency and insight.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Sarah is an advocate for progressive workforce solutions and an influential voice on the future of work. She is the author of No Small Feat (forthcoming in Summer 2025), which explores the untapped potential of independent professionals in today’s economy, and Tiny Feats, a forthcoming children’s book series that highlights leadership stories for young readers. She serves on the Executive Advisory Board of Belpointe REIT, Inc. and was formerly the treasurer and a board member of the Girl Scouts of Connecticut. She is also an Executive-in-Residence and Board Member at the UConn Werth Institute. Sarah holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Connecticut, where she was a 4-year Division I athlete and 2-year captain of the Big East Champion UConn softball team.
